| | As a therapist specializing in the challenges of young adulthood, I provide a welcoming space where clients can navigate life's most challenging crossroads with confidence and clarity. In my practice, I combine empathy with practical guidance to support young adults facing major life shifts—whether graduating from college, entering the workforce, moving to a new city, or redefining relationships. Having walked alongside countless clients through these pivotal moments and experiencing them myself, I've developed an approach that balances emotional support with actionable strategies, helping each individual uncover their strength and resilience. My clients appreciate my straightforward yet gentle communication style and collaborative approach, which empowers them to recognize their strengths, clarify their values, and build the resilience needed to embrace change rather than fear it. Together, we transform overwhelming transitions into opportunities for authentic growth and self-discovery.

 | Adults
Stress, anxiety and personal concerns can make daily life challenging for you and everyone in your family. You want to have positive personal relationships but you’re struggling. Perhaps stress, anxiety, body image issues, infidelity or lack of communication are causing you to feel less and less like yourself. Through counseling we can work together to find the right balance for your life.
Children
Raising little ones can be challenging, but so much fun at the same time. Have you noticed that your child is struggling in school or at home with behavioral changes and you aren’t sure how to help them? ADHD, autism spectrum, life and family changes, and peer relationships all affect kids in different ways. Counseling can help your little one learn coping skills to improve their relationship with you, their peers and in school. All of these things can help to reduce stress for your family.
Preteens/Teens
Your teens relationship with you and your family is the most important one they have while growing up. It can be hard to watch them struggle with self-esteem, peer relationships, and the stress and anxiety that can come with growing up. Counseling can help your teen strengthen their relationship with your family, learn ways to make good choices with their peers, and help them learn to love themselves, which in turn helps them to make positive choices as they navigate the teen years.
