MBACC Announces Promotion of Cindy Gettig
The Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce and Convention and Visitors Bureau is pleased to announce that Cindy Gettig has been promoted to vice president of business development.
Gettig began her career with the chamber six years ago as the director of membership. Her division manages member-investor programs and services for the organization, which includes sales and engagement, young professionals program, education programs, networking events, area councils, Business Development Committee, Business Diversity Council and the Supporting Arts Together council.
“Cindy has been an integral part of our senior staff team from day one,” said Karen Riordan, president and CEO of Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce. “This promotion recognizes her dedication to the chamber and her drive to continue to help us develop and grow programs that will assist our business community.”
The promotion is effective immediately.
