We have some new faces around here recently! Meet Ella Biggins, an associate in our Charleston Office. Ella is a Florida native, but she also spent time working in politics in Washington, DC prior to her career as an attorney. She attended Florida State University for law school, where she graduated magna cum laude, before moving to Charleston and joining our firm in August 2023. Fun fact: Ella is also a certified yoga instructor!

A weekend well spent in Greenville! Attorneys and staff in our Greenville office volunteered for the SC Young Lawyers Division’s Cinderella and Prince Charming Projects. They were able to give out 268 prom dresses and 33 tuxedos to local high school students so that they can enjoy prom without the financial burden of finding something to wear.

Todd Rigler, our Myrtle Beach managing partner, was honored for his leadership and dedication to the Horry County Bar Association. Todd served on the executive board from 2020 to 2023. He also served as the Horry County Bar President in 2023. We are lucky to have his leadership at Clawson & Staubes!

Bar Leadership Institute Class of 2024: Grayson Gibson is an immigration attorney with Clawson & Staubes. He is a double Tar Heel, earning his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and law degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law. Grayson and his wife love to travel and explore new cities and countries. His spare time is spent with their son, researching their next trip, or watching soccer. “I am participating in BLI to lay roots and make meaningful connections in Charlotte.” #BLI2024 #mymeckbar

Congratulations to our two newest attorneys, Ashley Hrubala and Ella Biggins! They were both sworn into the South Carolina Bar today. Ashley will be practicing in our Greenville office, and Ella will be practicing in our Charleston office. We can’t wait to see what these two will accomplish!
